Where do you ship and what are your shipping rates?

1. We Ship to worldwide area for flat rate: $12.26 by EMS. But charge you $25/pair if you want them ship by UPS/DHL.

2. We will provide you with tracking number via e-mail once your shoes have been shipped out.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

All the items are handled by EMS (Express Mail Service, door to door service). Generally you will get your items in 5-7 days after your order has been processed. In most cases, the items are received in 5 business days; however we named 7 days in case of delays. If you need a rush delivery, like UPS/DHL, you need to pay extra $25 per pair, then you will get your items in 3-4 days.

My credit card was declined, now what?

There are various reasons for a declined credit card transaction.
